By purchasing our add to cart service you the buyer are hiring us as an Independent Contractor on your behalf to add a shoe for you.

This means that you are contracting us (SoleStrike.com) to add a sneaker to your cart for you (Buyer) online so you may proceed to checkout. We will add the shoe to your cart with the login information that you provided, on your behalf in good faith of payment for services rendered and not on the grounds of successful checkout. You are paying SoleStrike.com for the time spent adding the shoe to your cart; not for the shoe itself. You agree that you are buying our time not a service, sneaker and or product because that is against Nike’s rules.

We advertise guaranteed add to cart orders but have no control over the outcome of the service due to but not limited to Nike intervention, site changes, program errors, coding errors, human error, 3rd party interference ect. We guarantee that we will do our job and add the shoe to cart for you on your behalf. If we obtain an order ID which means the shoes were added to your cart we hold the right to refuse refund.

You agree that we are not responsible for any outcome of us acting on your behalf. You agree to receive no benefits/compensation etc from us if such a situation should take place with Nike, You, SoleStrike or its owners. You agree not to take any legal action against SoleStrike or its owners and forfeit any and all compensation.

You agree that any money spent on our services are non-refundable. Any charge backs (Bank and credit card fraud and or reversals) will result in a cancellation of any services obtained. We reserve the right to use your information to fight any charge-backs including any personal information we have for you. We reserve the right to present your information to our lawyers for legal action against any charge-backs. You agree that any refunds that are due to be issued are to be issued at our sole discretion. We (SoleStrike.com) agree to refund 100% of all money obtained from buyer if we feel the service was not completed AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

After our service is completed the contract shall be terminated. You agree that SoleStrike will no longer be responsible for anything that happens once we add the shoe to your cart. You agree that any cancellations or product error is your responsibility and to not hold SoleStrike liable for anything. Shipment of wrong products, wrong size of product, sold out products or errors on nike store are not our problem. After the contract has been terminated you agree that no refund will be given due to services having been already rendered.

Nike does not allow you to order more than 1 of a certain shoe if the shoe has a limit of one per person. We have changed our policy and now allow customers to order as many as they want on the basis that they will not be refunded if any orders should be cancelled. Customers understand they must use different billing information such as different name/billing address/shipping addresses ect. Nike allows same shipping address as long as billing information and accounts are different. Placing more than one order you are accepting this TOS and our NON-REFUND POLICY. By accepting this agreement you forfeit any refunds from cancelled orders. We will not refund if any or all orders get cancelled. This is also posted on the sneaker order page. The reason for our non-refund policy is that we can not see the purchase information you used so there is no way to tell if you followed the rules or not. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY CUSTOMER THAT PLACES MORE THAN ONE (1) ORDER FOR ANY (1) ONE SHOE.
